This scene from the movie "Garden State" is so touching to me. Especially the line, "it's like you feel #homesick for a place that doesn't even exist"....

That is how I feel, not because the people that made it "home" are gone, but who I was - is (gone).

all I want to do

22 years ago today I was in an accident that altered my life and who I am. For reasons too lengthy to go into at this point, New Jersey will always be my "home", although I am no longer there - I long to be "home", and this song both is sad to me, and yet - what keeps me going, with the hope that somehow, some way I can go "home".
