have a good life...
bend, but do not break,
leave more than you take,
make every word count and be true,
don't fear saying I love you,
live not to be in the spotlight,
embrace forgiveness and what is right,
respect those who have come before,
have what you need and not more,
value more than the dollar sign,
then you will see, and not be blind.
These are but my simple words that I impart so they may help even but one person....

my daily question

you CAN do it
The scenes in this clip are of Rob Schneider saying the words that truly should be part of the inner dialogue of everyone. Especially at those times when you question if you can do something.
The phrase is so simple, but sometimes the most simple things are the best.

seasoning
Had a friend lamenting about getting grey hairs. I explained, that the "salt and pepper" they are seeing is "seasoning". And seasoning can be used to enhance the flavor of something. Life can make us into "seasoned" pros from our experiences. #lifeslessons
